About HealthFinder
HealthFinder helps Australians find a practice or practitioner — GPs, specialists, dentists and allied health — by specialty and suburb, with the phone number, address, hours and billing information you need before you call.
Who runs it
HealthFinder is built and run by Telehealth Australia Group (ABN 22 663 084 900), an Australian medical practice whose clinicians use the directory themselves. The practice also runs online clinics; where one of those clinics is a genuine option for the kind of care you are looking for, we say so in a clearly labelled box. Directory listings are never ordered or filtered by that.
Where the information comes from
Listings are compiled from publicly available professional information: names, specialties, practice locations and contact details. Opening hours, billing and services are added from practice websites and by practices that claim their page, and each page says which. Our data policy explains how summaries are written.
What we are not
We are not a booking service and nothing on HealthFinder is medical advice. Always confirm availability, fees and referral requirements directly with the practice. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix or remove it.
