A directory, not medical advice
HealthFinder provides directory information for general reference. It is not medical advice, does not recommend any practitioner over another, and is not a substitute for a consultation with a health professional. In an emergency call 000.
Accuracy
Listings are compiled from public sources and from practices themselves and can go out of date. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current. Confirm availability, fees, billing, hours and referral requirements directly with the practice before relying on them. If you find an error, report it.
No bookings
HealthFinder does not make appointments on practitioners' behalf and has no contractual relationship with the practices listed. Contact practices directly to book.
Online clinics run by the operator
Some pages include a clearly labelled box linking to online clinics run by Telehealth Australia Group. Those clinics are separate services with their own terms and fees. Directory listings are not ordered, filtered or edited to favour them.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to find and contact health practitioners for yourself or someone you care for. You may not scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk, use it to send unsolicited marketing to the practitioners listed, or interfere with the site's operation. Practices may claim and edit their own page; submitting false information about a practice is prohibited.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Telehealth Australia Group excludes liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them by publishing a new version on this page.
