HealthFinder lists publicly available information about Australian practices and practitioners. If your practice is listed, you can claim its page and keep it accurate: opening hours, billing, services, practitioners and photos. It is free and stays free.
How claiming works
- Send us the link to your page from an email address at your practice, using the button below.
- We check the request against the contact details already published for the practice, or call the practice to confirm. No forms, no passwords.
- Tell us what to change. Hours, billing, services and photos go live once confirmed, and the page shows it is managed by the practice.
Self-service editing is on the way; claims made now carry over.
What you can add or correct
Opening hours and public-holiday hours, billing arrangements (bulk billing, mixed or private), services, whether you are accepting new patients, a short description, practitioner details, languages, telehealth availability, photos, and your phone number and website.
We don't publish patient testimonials, consistent with Australian advertising rules for regulated health services.
Show patients you are listed
Once your page is confirmed you can add a "Listed on HealthFinder" link to your website so patients can find your hours, billing and practitioners in one place. We send the snippet with your confirmation.
