I am passionate about supporting those in care provider roles and with living legacies of trauma.   My primary interest is working with individuals of all ages with childhood trauma histories. My work most often focuses on therapy for therapistsparents/carers seeking to break the transmission processes from intergenerational traumamothers and fathers (including those thinking about or preparing to be) navigating the pre- and post-natal periodand Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).   I work from a relationalcontextual and strength-based perspectiveintegrating systemicattachment and trauma-specific theories and techniques.   My approaches include: Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)Polyvagal-Informed TherapiesParts Work (informed by a flexible integration of structural dissociation theoryego state therapyinternal family systems and schema therapy)Dialogical PracticeFamily TherapyCircle of Security ParentingEye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma.   My experience includes working in private practice as well as childadolescent and adult public health settings specialising in the assessment and treatment of severe and complex presentations.
