I am an integrative neurological physiotherapist and educator with 36 years of experience. My particular areas of clinical interest are assessment of balance and falls risk in older adults and rehabilitation for people living with neurological conditions including StrokeParkinson’s diseaseMultiple Sclerosis and Functional Neurological Disorder. I am passionate about assisting people to enjoy their lives as they ageby supporting them to stay active and healthy and participate in all their chosen activities. I do this by taking the time to fully understand the various factors that impact each person’s function. I use evidence-informed assessment tools and create individualised training programs based on the latest scientific evidence.  I also have a strong interest in the benefits of nature for physical and mental health and incorporate a variety of mind-body practices.
