My family practice uses a combination of psycho-educationclinical hypnosisEMDR and mindfulness techniques. We also offer a unique twist on couples counselling where we co-counsel the sessions so that no client feels that they are being left out of the discussion or that there is the natural suspicion of bias which occurs when you have three people in the room. These sessions can take place after hours so there is minimal interruption to your working day. If appropriate Zoom sessions are also used so that there is no need to source baby sitters etc
